Manincor La Manina 2022 is a dry blended white wine from the Alto Adige region of northern Italy. A blend of 50% Pinot Bianco, 30% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Chardonnay, La Manina underwent short skin maceration to extract aroma and structure from the skins. All fruit was biodynamically farmed. The wine was matured for six months on the lees in steel tanks before bottling. Bright yellow with greenish reflections, this highly drinkable and food-friendly blend offers bright fruit aromas of quince, lychee and pink grapefruit, with hints of aromatic herbs.
