It is aged for at least four years in French oak barrels, giving it a rich, smooth flavor. The cognac is made with organically grown grapes, and is certified organic by Ecocert. It has a deep amber color, with aromas of dried fruits, spices, and a hint of oak. On the palate, it is smooth and mellow, with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and a hint of spice. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of sweetness.
