Forstmeister Geltz-Zilliken Saarburg Riesling dry 2023is the house’s dry local wine, made 100% from grapes from the top Saarburger Rausch vineyard. The local wine is always the finest and most elegant wine of the house. For this, perfectly healthy Riesling grapes are selected from older vines from cool plots with moderate ripeness, which are pressed whole immediately after the harvest and fermented in the cool wooden barrel cellar.
