Domaine Porto Carras 2011 Limnio Ctes de Meliton
The colour is medium garnet which shows the age. It shows an attractive complex bouquet with red and black fruits like redcurrant, bramble, plum, dried fig and sweet spices such as clove, nutmeg and cinnamon, all surrounded by a layer of tobacco, charred wood and mushrooms. It is concentrated with the flavours of cedar, dried fruits, leather and spices all over the mouth. It is round with firm tannins, excellent balance and a pleasantly long finish.
