Brilliant straw yellow color. The nose is intense and finely complex. Subtle and incisive, the aromas are of shining quality. Marine notes dominate the profile, followed by white flowers and wildflower honey. Followed by citrus fruits, pears and green apples. The yeasts and the consequent small pastries conclude, just mentioned. It is right to underline the finesse of the scents of the sea beach in winter. Taken together, the scents are fascinating, creating a profile of extreme elegance.

On the palate, it is sumptuously dominated by the very pleasant minerality. Fine and well-perceptible, it greatly helps the cause of drinkability. The acid part is good; thin, and very fine carbon.
