As witheach of the other line extensions, it starts with the original Bimini Gin.
The coconut flavor is introduced to the original gin without the use of any flavor extracts. Instead, they use organic Fair Trade Certified Extra Virgin coconut oil in a process known as ufat washing. The oil is heated to a liquid state and combined with its original gin to infuse it with pure coconut flavor. After the infusion has completed, the mixture is chilled until the oils solidify and can be strained back out. The result is a subtle, natural coconut aroma and flavor in perfect harmony with their other botanicals.
