Artuke Rioja 2020
The grapes for Artuke come from several plots in the same village of Baos de Ebro. In this way, they can transmit a village character to the wine, characterized by the specific continental climate and its chalky clay soils.
Bright and brimming with summer red fruit. Medium bodied with juicy acidity, it tastes like summer in a glass and tastes even better if served slightly chilled.
Artuke is an insiders secret and is not really found outside of Spain.
Artuke is the project of two brothers Arturo and Kike whose family have been making wine in Rioja for more than a century. Their passion for preserving heritage and expressing terroir through thoroughly modern and fruit-forward wines shines through.
