Charlot Tanneux Cuvee Nicolas Blanc de Noirs 1er Cru Extra Brut 2015
Blanc de Noir (95% Pinot Noir, 5% Meunier), made from vineyards located in the village of Mardeuil(1st Cru). Like all Vincent Charlot champagnes, it is made using biodynamic principles both in the vineyard and in its production. Fermented and aged for 11 months in old barrels, in the basement of the family home, with indigenous yeasts, without malolactic fermentation, without filtering or clarifying, and with very low levels of sulfur.
A bottle of extraordinarily special champagne that brings together the elegance of a Grand Cuvee and the marked personality of one of the producers with the most potential in Champagne. Too bad only 1,500 bottles of this Cuvee have been produced.
