Bottled on 2013, this was the second Rye release from Jack Daniel’s andthis time the spirit hadbeen given time to rest in wood for over twoyears. It was distilled from a new grain bill, the first time that Jack Daniel’s had used a new recipe in over 100 years.
The spirits mash bill contained a mix of 70% rye,18% corn and 12% malted barley.
