A stunner grower champagne of 50% Pinot Meunier followed by 25% Chard and 25% Pinot Noir that uses the spent grape must as the secondary dosage instead of sugar. So another lean mean acid machine, right? Aha, but this fella spends a lot of extra time on the lees to the point where it tastes like someone left a croissant in the barrel. That rich body and that zippy varietal breakdown/dosage make for a very sexy one-two punch indeed.
