For the last 200 years, this tiny, family-owned Champagne house has been carefully fine-tuning its craft. Very few know about them (due to limited importation) but those lucky enough to have sampled Henriot Ros know what to expect: elegant, sophisticated aromas with flavors of red fruits, rose petals and spice. A clean, effervescent mousse and has a long finish.

An attractive red-fruit flavored Champagne with a balanced crisp textured, this bottling is just ready to go. Its fruitiness coupled with the soft texture from the dosage are packed with fruitiness and ripe acidity.

Pretty copper and light-pink color with fine bubbles. Strawberries and minerals with some earth undertones on the nose, following through to a full body with a dense, condensed palate and a firm yet creamy finish. This is very vinous and complex. Pinot noir and chardonnay. Drink now.
