This could not be farther from reality as Laurent Brechet feels that this wine is the summation of the work carried out at Chteau de Vaudieu rather than the other way around. A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, this wine always reflects the vintage in the final blend not only in its expression of the 40-70 year-old vines on the property but in the exact percentages of each variety present.
