AN AUTHENTIC AMERICAN RUM – Bayou White Rum is proudly crafted in Louisiana, using local sugarcane molasses, grown in the rich alluvial soils of the Mississippi River Delta, and produced by the oldest operating American sugar mill since 1829. This Original American Spirit is inspired by the sophistication of New Orleans and grounded in its Cajun roots.

HANDCRAFTED AND POT-DISTILLED – after fermentation, the rum is distilled in one of the finest copper pot still systems in the world. The pot still distillation adds a delicate complexity rare in white rums. The rum then rests for up to 40 days to allow the crisp, clean flavors to mellow and combine.
