Palate
On the palate it exhibits a rich and concentrated mouth feel with texture and vibrancy of fruit extended by the natural acidity. This Ros is layered and creamy as well as delivering lovely red forest fruits and a crunchy persistent acidity which drives the wine through to a balanced and long finish.
