Uplifting. Cypriot delight, rose water and yeast buns held together by a citrus spine that engages all the senses before a slippery finish that is grassy, long and wrapped in linen. Aromatico is a blend of Adelaide Hills Gewrztraminer, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. The name is taken from one of the many synonyms for the Gewrztraminer grape believed to originate in the Alto Adige area of Northern Italy near the town of Tramin, where it is known as Traminer Aromatico.
