Pinot Gris needs balance more than most. Cropped at the right level on our pristine Orange hillside, See Saw have produced a wine that is luscious, beautifully aromatic and perfect with Asian influenced food.
This organic pinot gris was harvested in the cool of the night from two blocks, both at 700m one was cane pruned and one vertical shoot pruned. The grapes were de-stemmed and crushed immediately before being matured on lees for 3 months. Free run juice underwent malolactic fermentation adding texture and depth to the finished wine.
Pale straw with a light green, youthful hue. Fresh and lifted Granny Smith apple, pear, honeysuckle and spice. Fresh, crisp with hints of citrus and spice, complemented by mouth-watering fruit richness and long crisp finish.
Enjoy with seafood and spicy Asian dishes.
