TASTING NOTE
Pale-colored ros wine. On the nose we find subtle hints of strawberry and other red and pink fruits with good intensity. In the mouth it is fresh, expressive, with good acidity and good persistence, returning memories of flowers and red fruit.
ELABORATION
Selected grape, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Optimum temperature between 6C and 8C. For better conservation, store in suitable conditions of temperature, humidity, and light.
PAIRING
White meats with spicy sauces, duck, all kinds of cheeses, complex salads, risottos, pasta with white meats, mushrooms, legumes, and aperitif sausages.
