Tasting Notes: Situated at 1,200 feet, this high-altitude vineyard has yielded a crisp, clean and fruity wine. It is packed with fruitiness and has a fine, fresh aftertaste. it has classic Provenal characteristics. Pale coral color with a delicately spicy nose of citrus fruits, lively on the palate with notes of white fruits, citrus and a hint of fennel. Clean and refreshing finish. Drink now.
Notes: Organic/Biodynamic. The wine was produced through direct pressing, partially destemmed. Certain varieties went through a cold maceration for 8 to 24 hours before being pressed. Gravitational work in the cellar as often as possible
