Artuke has seen one of the best progressions in Rioja in the last few years and is one of the finest young family wineries in the region. They have 30 hectares planted between 1920 and 2013 in their village, Baos De Ebro and balos, San Vicente de La Sonsierra, Samaniego and Villabuena de lava.
Produced with grapes from the village of Baos de Ebro, it is mostly Tempranillo with some 5% white Viura; it has 13.5% alcohol and a velvety texture and almost unnoticeable tannins. Velvety after a few months in concrete. It was bottled unoaked. 75,000 bottles produced.
