Amelie Berthaut is a brilliant young winemaker as this ‘merely’ village-level wine displays so well. This has plenty of structure but the texture is oh-so silky and irresistible. The sweet raspberry fruit is clean and precise and the aromatics are floral and irresistible. This is excellent and true-to-type Burgundy from the new generation.
