Named after Master Distiller Emeritus Elmer T. Lee, the man who originated the idea of a single barrel offering by bringing Blantons to market. Elmer was an innovator and a truly unique personality in the whiskey world, he was the master distiller for 36 years, before retiring in 1985 and passing in 2013. This whiskey is hand selected and bottled to the taste and standards of the late Elmer T. Lee himself.
