Eric Kent has been one of Sonoma County’s most exciting winemakers over the last decade, sourcing fruit from vineyards like Las Madres, Teledeschi, Sangiacomo, and Yellow Rock, and showcasing those grapes in a series of supple and sensual reds called Untethered. With almost five years of bottle age, the juiciness of this Merlot, Syrah, Zinfandel, and Grenache blend has melded with the wine’s fine tannins creating a rounded mouthfeel with restraint, never crossing the line into jammy or extracted.
