Joven tasting notes:
A very light smoke emerges, disappears and emerges again from behind anise, white pepper and green apple. Consistently smooth with a lingering heat. Distinct notes of espadin agave throughout this young mezcal.
Reposado is aged for 4 months in American oak barrels. Carmelized pear and bitter orange on the nose. Clove, toffee and hints of vanilla on the palate. Velvety throughout. An elegant sipping mezcal.
