This Single Cask bottling was fully matured in a Pedro Ximnez Sherry hogshead for over seven years. Over the years, the Sherry-soaked Oak has added layers of rich sweetness to the classic citrus and peat smoke character typical of Kilchoman. BBQ sweetness, salty peat smoke, and light citrus sweetness. Mixed spices with layers of cooked fruits, berry jam, and ashy peat smoke. Rounded with waves of richness and smoke.
