M&H Distillery Levantine Gin Kosher
With a base of 100% pure malted barley, mashed in-house and distilled in a pot still, Milk & Honey sources juniper and botanicals from Tel Avivs spice market, including Origanum syriacum (Zaatar), lemon peel, orange, chamomile, lemon verbena, cinnamon, & black pepper. The base spirit is distilled twice and then the botanicals are rested in the pot for 48 hours before a third and final distillation. Juniper and lemon dominate this medium-bodied gin with a silky mouthfeel and long, citrusy finish. Non-chill filtered with an ABV of 46%. Certified Kosher by the Tel Aviv Rabbinate.
