Manincor’s Chardonnay Sophie is a white wine with a bright straw yellow color. The bouquet of perfumes is composed of notes of apricot citrus, acacia flowers. In the mouth it is soft, refined and pleasantly fresh. the fruity finish is of long persistence. Refine 9 months in oak barrels in contact with the yeasts. Biodynamic wine.
