Fruit concentration is the hallmark of this 2012 vintage ~ dark cherry and cassis are prevalent from the front of the palate with a lush finish. The trademark Veeder tannins are pushed to their limit. This is a big, sturdy mountain Cabernet. Cheers!

Of all of the wines produced in the Napa Valley, only about 1% comes from the Mount Veeder Appellation. This is a rare wine. Mount Veeder Magic Vineyards produces naturally low-yield Cab from 30-year old vines. All grapes are hand farmed and hand-picked. Each bottle is hand-labeled. The wine is masterfully crafted by one of Napa Valleys hottest Winemakers, Jeff Fontanella.

Each year, I produce only 600- 700 cases of this highly sought-after Cab. 500 of these cases are offered by invitation to wine connoisseurs who wish to have a rare wine in their private cellar. The remaining 100-200 cases are available to award-winning restaurants that wish to offer a rare wine to their discerning clientele.
