Winemaking: Hand picked into small bins and chilled before processing in the winery, A steady vinification with a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Six months maturation on lees to build texture and complexity before minimal filtration and bottling.
Tasting Note: Freshly bottled and bursting with elegant strawberries and cream aromatics, this is everything you want from a blushing style of Ros. It’s brightly fruited with flavours of blood orange, pink grapefruit and fresh picked mulberries. Best served in good company, poolside with a cheese board.
