Pale pink with a very fine and persistent perlage. Notes of white flowers, hawthorn, red apple peel, wild strawberry, aromas and flavor of raspberry and vanilla on the nose. Great acidity and fresh, persistent and delicate aftertaste with a fruity note. Dry, sharp, and clean on the palate.

Here we apply a vine-growing plain, as is traditional for Sorbara, of very loose soil, loam, medium texture, where the vigor of the plant enhances the acidity typical of the grape.
