When it comes to creating the perfect Moscato, its all in the aroma. Crafted using the correct clonal selectionthe true Italian waythis Moscato radiates elegance on the nose featuring notes of white petal flavours, tropical fruits, and lychee. The flavour then unfolds on the palate with zingy lemon sherbet slightly sweet, refreshing and crisp in equal measure. This wine is all about pure pleasurebringing a dash of effervescence and sparkle to any moment of the day.
The grapes were hand-harvested, crushed and pressed. The juice was then fermented in stainless steel at a cool temperature of fourteen degrees Celsius. Once the fermenting wine had reached approximately 6%, alcohol the ferment was stopped. This keeps the wine with the perfect level of sweetness and fantastic grapey aromas. The wine was then bottled with refreshing bubbles resulting in a sweet fizzy wine.
