SennzaFinne comes from husband and wife team Joey & Gilian Diedrick. The two professional bartenders fell in love with Amaro during travels through Italy in 2013 and began extracting botanicals and developing their recipes using exotic and local botanicals at their tiny distillery near Seattle. They use only organic and wild harvest ingredients using their tiny pots to extract at 190 proof, they only produce 400 bottles at a time.

They are never using caramel to color and bottle every product by hand. The duo offers seasonally inspired Amaros that don’t need to be saved for those specific season but will transport you there. The Autumn features porcini mushroom, ginger, pine resin, burdock root, licorice and white oak bark. A forager’s dream. Bring Autumn to your nose and you might imagine yourself walking in a pine duff where porcini mushrooms push up after the first rains. Underneath is a strong vein of licorice, leaving a healthy dose of orange peel to catapult the warming spices within. Accompanied by the slight burn of ginger and alcohol that backs up the heat.
