The nose of this great Sauternes expressesaromatic purity and concentrated jammy elementsat the same time. More precisely, this Yquem 2006 offers a candied structure: melon, quince, fresh mirabelle plum, citrus fruit, pineapple and mint. The swirling unveils botrytised and honeyed classic notes as a proof that this wine is abeautifully concentrated wine. On the mouth, the attack is sweet (128 grams of residual sugar) yetwithout suffering from weakness or flabbiness.
